Ir. Ts. Bryan Ewe Teik Tsia is the visionary Founder and CEO of MiLA Asia Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s pioneer in locally developed Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Urban Stormwater Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he combines technical expertise with innovative leadership to advance Malaysia’s engineering industry. Ir. Ts. Bryan also serves as the Managing Director of MES Innovation Sdn Bhd, a premier infrastructure design solution company established in 2009.

Since 2019, Ir. Ts. Bryan has spearheaded the development of user-friendly and cost-effective BIM solutions, including MiLA Structure, designed to meet local needs while achieving international standards. His work spans strategic planning, R&D, and training, ensuring seamless BIM adoption for engineers across Malaysia.

In addition to his role at MiLA Asia, Ir. Ts. Bryan actively shapes national BIM policies and standards as Bendahari of Pertubuhan BIM Malaysia (PBM), an Industrial Advisor at UTHM, and a member of the BIM Working Committee under Jabatan Teknologi dan Standard Pembinaan Digital (JTSPD). His commitment to innovation includes integrating generative AI for compliance checks, clash detection, and automated workflows, reinforcing Malaysia’s position in the global construction industry.
